Hi my name is Elizabeth, I was practically born into Gymnastics and I’ve been at the club since I was two weeks old. I began learning gymnastics when I was two.

I have participated in Gymnastics for all, artistic and rhythmic as Well as countless display events and competitions. My passion in Gymnastics is rhythmic gymnastics. I’m currently competing level eight in Rhythmic Gymnastics. I love Rhythmic because you can be very creative with routines, the leotards are stunning and working with hand apparatus is a lot of fun to. My favourite hand apparatus in rhythmic is hoop.

I’ve had experience in a lot of different areas of Gymnastics including Kindergym, local competitions, group Victorian championships, Victorian intermediate championships, volunteering at state competitions and August championships otherwise known as fusion fx.

I have taught your mastics in schools and assisted with sporting schools programs and community events as well as coaching at our club and taking Gymnastics GFA, rhythmic and GymStar competitions. I have also choreographed many routines for annual displays competitions and fusion fx competitions.

Koala Gymnastics is a special place, will you encouraged to become part of the family have fun make new friends and work to achieve your full potential. My name is Sarah and I am a qualified GFA intermediate gymnastics coach at Koala Gymnastics club.

Koala Gymnastics was a big part of my life grown-up both as a gymnast and a coach and Gymnastics or something I’ve always been passionate about.

When I do gymnastics I enjoy doing both artistic and rhythmic gymnastics as well as competitions and display groups. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to rejoin the amazing coaching team at Koala Gymnastics in recent years and continue teaching something that I love doing as a child to the next generations.

I enjoy coaching gymnastics because it’s for all ages and abilities in such a fun and positive environment.

Hello, my name is Rebecca and I am an Intermediate Rhythmic Gymnastics and a beginner coach at Koala Gymnastics. I’ve been a member at the Koala Gymnastics club for the last seven years and have enjoyed every single day that I’ve spent there. I started gymnastics because as a child I always loved to move and gymnastics was a place where I could be with other kids who also enjoy to move and play. The highlight of coaching the gymnasts at Koala for me is seeing their faces light up when they learn a new skill and see them try harder when they make a mistake. What I will always love about the sport is having the chance to compete in front of judges and showcase the product of all our preparation as a team or individual, the one minute and 30 seconds of a rhythmic gymnastics routine always makes me feel like I’m on top of the world and I hope to bring the same joy to other gymnasts.
